Welcome to the Broughton Street House, our vacation home
Kevin and Cathy are the proud owners of the Broughton Street House at 511 E Broughton in Savannah. Though we live primarily near Atlanta, Georgia, we fell in love with the walkability, history, and amazing dining of Savannah. In 2021 we purchased the Broughton Street House as a vacation home. We welcome guests for short term rentals through Southern Belle Vacation Rentals because we had a great experience with Southern Belle before we bought this home.
We love the idea of being caretakers of this beautiful 1883 home. In the past we’ve had an 1895 country house in Carrollton, Georgia, a 1920’s bungalow in the Home Park neighborhood of Atlanta, and a 1930’s condo conversion in an Art Deco masterpiece building in downtown Atlanta. So while we’re not new to this, the Broughton Street House represents our biggest and boldest investment yet in preserving, improving, and appreciating a historic property.
